The Dr. Max pharmacy chain, one of the largest in Europe, is relying on innovative solutions from VisionGroup for the digitalisation of its stores – and on the implementation expertise of e-shelf-labels, a brand of S&K Solutions.
As part of a strategic partnership, over 1,000 stores in six European countries (including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Italy and Serbia) will be equipped with electronic shelf labels (ESL) and the cloud-based VusionCloud platform by the end of 2026. The aim is to centrally control price and advertising content, reduce manual processes and relieve pharmacy staff of work in the long term.
As a local implementation partner, e-shelf-labels is responsible for the technical implementation on site – from planning and integration into existing systems to ongoing support. The system has already been successfully installed in more than 220 stores.
This partnership underscores the growing importance of digital solutions in the pharmacy environment – especially in a rapidly changing market environment where efficiency, customer focus and flexibility are becoming increasingly important.
